Hotel Policy
- Check in Time: 2 PM & Check out Time: 11:30 AM
- Restaurant timing: 08 AM to 10 PM (last order 09:30 PM)
- Each room has 01 double bed & 01 single sofa cum bed. We do not provide extra beds.
- Washing/drying clothes in the rooms & public areas is not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms & toilets (including Hookah). Smoking is allowed in balconies and designated outdoor spaces.
- Early Check-In or Late Check-Out are subject to availability and at an extra cost.
- Enjoy reading the books and playing games kept in the public areas without damaging them.
- Request you to please keep the volume of your speakers low and maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the property.
- Consuming drugs is strictly prohibited in rooms & all public areas. Unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
- We do not have the facility to accommodate drivers & maids, but we can help find a place for them nearby. We are also happy to arrange for their meals at an extra cost. Please inform us in advance.
- Please do not cause any damage to the decoration items, rugs & electronic items etc. in the room and public areas. In case of any damage, we will have to charge them in your final bill.
- On site private parking is available but please do not block any other cars to ensure smooth passage for everyone.
- Guests are requested to please use the restaurant or outdoor cafe area for their meals.
- The Yakshaa Neelkanth is our home and we need your support to keep it clean for everyone.
- Management reserves the right to evacuate a guest who does not adhere to the above house rules.
- One can rent out the complete place as well as individual rooms.
- Taxi’s can be arranged for pick up/drop for railway station, bus stand & airport and sightseeing.
- Container rooms are not soundproof. We advise one to be cautious towards other fellow travelers and stick to low decibels. And if one is very particular about sound from other rooms- the Superior rooms should be opted
- We provide daily housekeeping on request otherwise we change the linen every 3rd day
- Water at The Yakshaa Neelkanth is drawn from a natural spring approx. 10 Kms away. There is enough for all of us however we advise you not to waste water and be responsible
- We are not a pet friendly place right now, however we are trying our best to learn and make our place pet friendly in the coming months.
- We have a common bonfire pit available free of cost.
- We are on a hillside so please don’t leave your kids unattended.
- Payment mode is bank transfer / Cash / UPI
- All around the valley, roads are narrow. Drive carefully, wait at the bends for the cars climbing up to pass and be kind to give pass to faster cars.
- Please don’t venture out at night beyond the property premises. We are on the forest side and there are wild animals.
- We have limited backup using an inverter in case of power cut. We do have generators but only use it incase of emergency or long power cuts to reduce reliance on polluting sources of energy.
